How do you set up your computer when you’re facilitating? I seem to have many documents and apps open when I’m facilitating: Zoom, the chat, my workshop script, any file that I’m going to screen-share, my own writing file…. Even with my wide external monitor, it’s a lot and it’s easy to get confused. I’d love to seen screenshots of how other people use their monitor space when they are facilitating.

Hey Jill, just on the forum this morning and noticed this post. You’ve no doubt figured it out by this point. I put all my files in a file folder for the workshop and then I can access them from the menu bar at the bottom of my screen. I also push the zoom screen that is displaying the participants into a narrow vertical bar to one side of my screen while I move files around in what’s now available in terms of space on my screen.
