Greetings to my AWA Community in Ireland.

I’m Michele and I am a writer, actor, AWA facilitator facilitator and adult education writing teacher based in NYC.

I’m designing a literary retreat of my own and I’m wondering if you can help with finding my place while I’m visiting Ireland this July.

I was planning on Dublin. that may be a bit hectic, so I’ve been looking at YouTube videos of Cork, Galway, Ennis, Dingle Shannon, and Connemara – places where I can plop myself for 10 days or so at a time. I’m still open to Dublin or other places in Ireland.

My hope it create a cocoon where I can write for a time and let the creative spirit wash over me, I’d like to find reasonably priced accommodations with a local cafe nearby where I can write for several hours. I think in Dublin they call them study cafes.

I’m also open to retreat centers, although it may be a bit late for that.

Lastly I’d love information on pubs or cafes where writers read their work.

So, I know that’s a lot, but should you have the time, I would you very much appreciate any insights you might have. If you’d be willing to chat for a bit. I’m happy to set up a Zoom call.

So dear writers, I hope life is treating you well, artistically and otherwise. And If I do come to your area, I’d love to have a cup of tea.

Many thanks in advance. I hope to hear from you.

My best to you,
Michele (Fulves)
